Max is sent a model aeroplane from Australia and his brother Ben is given a carved boat. When they accidentally lose them down an old, disused mine shaft, Max is very upset but knows it would be impossible to get them back. Ben is so upset he would try anything to see his boat again… even climbing down a dark haunted mine shaft.
